Mary Engh, VP of Operations & Customer Relations

Mary is a former Senior Director of a multi-billion dollar international company with almost 10 years of experience running a successful organization and reaching the top 2% of the company. Her background is in recruiting talent, training hundreds of sales professionals and entrepreneurs, speaking, training, and coaching high performers. In addition to her love for operations, she has since also started two companies, a virtual assistant agency and a video production company. Mary considers herself fortunate to be trained by some of the best coaches in the industry while also being raised by strong immigrant entrepreneur parents who continue to lead by example.

Mary is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they welcomed their first child in 2021. A few of Mary’s simple joys are trying new restaurants with her husband, tennis, journaling, and donuts.
