About the Map of Leadership Maturity
The Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory (MLEI) is the psychometric foundation of John Mattone's Intelligent Leadership methodology. It maps nine distinct leadership types, each defined by a unique combination of inner core traits: character patterns, core motivations, basic fears, and defensive behaviors. These inner core elements are not soft skills. The Wheel of Intelligent Leadership captures this relationship visually.
