November 01, 2023
We are in constant awe of the brilliant minds that produce the most amazing technology, architecture, agricultural, medical breakthroughs, and machines that make our world what it is today, as well as what the future will be. But does STEM skills mean that you have great leadership ability? The fact is that STEM skills and Leadership skills are not the same. If it were, we would not be seeing global leadership failing at a rate of 75%, concerns with employee retention, toxic cultures, and toxic bosses.
