Leadership in contemporary businesses is increasingly associated with emotional intelligence, empathy, collaboration, and adaptability. Effective leaders are those who can build strong relationships, understand and support their team members, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. They prioritize the well-being and growth of their team and foster an inclusive and diverse work environment. In other words, an effective Alpha leader is the first line of defense for their team and organization.
