We are referring to the trash, noise, distractions, and non-value added stuff we collect daily in our heads. The more we collect, the less bandwidth we have. The less bandwidth we have, the more stressed we become. The more stressed we become, the less effective we are. The less effective we are, the more we negatively impact our teams. You get the picture.
