Darrin DiBisceglie is a results-driven professional with over a decade of experience across Fortune 100 companies and small agency operations. Recognized for excellence in customer service, business operations, and client retention, he brings strong expertise in strategic and analytical thinking. He holds a B.S. in Finance with a Minor in Risk Management from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Phoenix. Licensed in 20+ states, Darrin thrives in high-pressure, data-driven environments that demand precision, innovation, and problem-solving.
A continuous learner, he embraces the four pillars of development — intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical — and leads with integrity and perseverance. In 2024, he overcame open-heart surgery, completed his MBA, and welcomed his fourth child, milestones that reflect his resilience and commitment to growth.
An accomplished athlete, Darrin has completed 13 half marathons, a full marathon, and an Ironman 70.3. Outside of work, he is dedicated to mentorship and community, partnering with law enforcement on safety initiatives and coaching youth sports. Above all, he is a devoted husband to his wife of 10 years, Kristina, and a proud father to Dylan, Ava, Caleb, and Parker.
