A Distinguished Nursing Career
Gayle was a loved and respected Registered Nurse for 45 years before retiring from The University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2022. Her prolific and varied career included:
- RN in the Intensive Care Unit at age 22
- Hospital positions in Massachusetts, Texas, Virginia, and Florida
- Hospice Care in Florida
- Behavioral Health at UCF

When working on JMG business, Gayle advises on strategic decisions and provides wise counsel on day-to-day operations. Her perspective, shaped by decades of caring for others, brings a unique dimension to the company's leadership.
Family First
