Gayle Mattone, Co-Founder

Gayle Mattone, is John’s wife of 46 years and the pillar of the Mattone Family and John Mattone-Global. “Mama Mattone” was a loved and respected Registered Nurse for 45 years before retiring from The University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2022. Gayle’s prolific and varied career included her work as an RN working in the Intensive Care Unit at age 22, hospitals in Massachusetts, Texas, Virginia, and Florida, Hospice Care in Florida, and Behavioral Health at UCF. When working on JMG business, she advises on strategic decisions and provides wise counsel on day-to-day operations. Gayle is most proud of her loving family including her four children—Jared, Nicholas, Kristina, and Matthew as well as her eight grandchildren.
