As Director of Culture Education & Certification and a seasoned Master Certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, Rich possesses diverse expertise in cultural transformation, operational leadership, executive positions, and coaching individuals at various levels, from emerging leaders to CEOs. He has collaborated with numerous global organizations, supporting their journey toward cultivating world- class organizational cultures and high-performing leaders.

Rich began his career as a studio musician in Nashville, Tennessee in the 1980s. After determining that life on the road was not what he wanted to pursue, Rich changed his focus to continued
education and manufacturing. During this time Rich found a love for leadership development and manufacturing technologies including Lean and Six Sigma. Rich soon found his passion in Medical
Device Manufacturing where he worked in operational management and held executive-level positions. While working in the medical device industry, Rich led his organization to achieve an
impressive record of 100% customer retention from 2006 to 2019, while operating at a remarkable 5.67 sigma.

What Rich and JMG say about Leadership, Talent, and Culture…

What really separates the most successful, entrepreneurial CEOs and the organizations they lead is a hyper-focus and almost maniacal passion for creating and sustaining exceptional leadership at all levels along with building a strong culture. In many respects, this pursuit and passion for leadership and culture becomes the real defining pillar in their organization even more so than the products and services they sell in the marketplace.

The “best of the best” CEOs and organizations absolutely understand, embrace, and live the belief that leadership, talent, and culture are the leading indicators to achieving and sustaining operating
success. Yes, focusing on the products and services that serve a market need is important. Even more important, however, is having the right leadership and culture in place that ignites the right strategy and execution of that strategy—in support of the operating goals of the business.

CORE PURPOSE STATEMENT

To share my journey through life with those people that I love. To continue to develop my roles as a husband, father, brother, son, friend, coach, and servant leader. As a servant leader, I will always
walk alongside those I serve, just as others have walked with me on my journey.
